What happens when you use the form

The business inquiry form on our contact page uses Google Forms. When you select Submit and see the confirmation, your answers are sent to NexHaven and recorded in our restricted Google Workspace spreadsheet. Google may save draft progress for signed-in users under its own settings. You can instead email us directly.

Information we receive

Your email may include your company, business contact details, service interests, geography, staffing or volume needs, and the requirements you choose to share. We use these details to respond, assess fit, and manage the requested business relationship. Authorized operators may record relevant business details in our restricted Google Sheets pipeline. Stop requests are retained in suppression records to prevent further marketing.

Questions for Atlas

The Ask Atlas form prepares an email with your name, business email and question. It does not send automatically. We receive your question only after you send the email and use it to respond to your inquiry. The published Q&A answers can be read without submitting any contact details.

Callback requests

The business inquiry form lets you request a callback and provide your business number, preferred time and time zone. We use these details to arrange the requested call. A preferred time is not a confirmed appointment and a callback request does not subscribe you to marketing texts. The Google Calendar booking page collects the contact details needed to reserve a meeting and sends booking details through Google Calendar and Google Meet.

Service providers

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Business email, inquiry forms, restricted spreadsheets, meeting bookings and documents use Google Workspace services. These providers may process information under their service terms and privacy notices. Website fonts may load from Google Fonts. This site does not use advertising pixels or send your form entries to an advertising analytics provider.

Access and retention

Access to inquiries is limited to authorized business operators. We retain information as needed to manage the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request correction, deletion, or a restriction on use; we may need to verify the request.

Business information only

Do not include consumer lead lists, loan applications, bank details, government identifiers, patient information, or customer account records. Access to client systems requires a separate agreed process. An inquiry does not authorize marketing or confirm a service engagement.
